What are you cooking right now?

How were the rib eyes? Can you tell a difference between grass fed and other types?
Ribeyes were decent, but I think I prefer the ones we get from our local guy.
Some local sources we tried fell flat,
but yes, I'd say you can taste a difference-
I find them more flavorful.
 
Just made some pan seared sirloin. Meh, at best. I split a 1/4 cow of organic grass fed beef with a couple of buddies and all the meat is very tough. I will be sticking with Costco beef in the future.

Fresh Striper.
Dredged in flour/salt/pepper/cayenne sautéed in brown butter with wine/lemon/capers reduction.
Side of mixed shrooms sautéed in olive oil until the moisture was gone. Topped with 5-spice.
Washed down with a NJ Chardonnay (old york cellars - not bad)

KOKA non-fried ramen, spicy sesame flavor, bulked up with chicken cutlet, carrot, mushroom and fried egg. :d
