6 Mile Run Conditions

3 man trim session this morning. Myself, @WJF and @clarkenstein. JORBA supplied equipment. We trimmed blue heavy today so hit it!

Rode almost all of it this morning. Trails were in great shape. I think the planks over the gap in the long boardwalk near the concrete bridge are a bit sketchy, but much better than coming up on a 5 - 7 board gap. The newly widened bridge with guardrails is luxurious.

Also, the sign at the Red/Blue intersection is hanging on by a single nail. If I had a hammer... (and some nails).

If anyone heads out early, let me know if it got a lot of rain. I'm thinking it will dry up enough by 5:00....?

Is there anyway that we can come up with names for these trails at 6MR? Red, Blue, White, orange are pretty boring names for mountain bike trails.
The blue rated trail that runs along the Run from where Red turns left to go to the Jacques lot to Canal Road is called Red October, according to Trailforks.

This doesn't include red velvet or whatever we call the new nica trail

I'm with ya. Just lots of inertia to overcome.
What is the black?

I've been calling the up and downs by Canal Rd. the gullies. Think it's fitting for what they are?
