Noticed that after I posted it. He would have been top step in 45+ by 17min.
Registered for Jungle this Saturday. Cat 2 45+. Hopefully I'll see some familiar faces.
I’m waiting to make sure there will not be any thunder hail this year. 🙂

I was 19th here. The first 13 min were 375w for me (162#) and I lost the front group 10min in. Guys were just throwing haymakers to thin things out before the singletrack. Those first 3-5 guys were on another level, both technically and aerobically. Super fun race!

I thought about that. It’s equal distance to jungle or that spot from my house. They’re about the same price so that’s not a big factor. I’m curious about new races and would like to support them, but I really like racing jungle though so I’ll probably stick to that plan.

For the record he also took almost 10 min off last year’s time chasing the youngsters. On a side note, the next big thing in xc is signed up for Jungle(Devon Feehan. He won granogue reverse(by alot) and mayhem as well. Looking at his power on strava(with a powermeter) he averaged 355 for the entire mayhem race. That’s a lot of ponies!
