Oooh. Yea I bet the end of that was quite the slog! Awesome route though eh? How’d you like the road that doesn’t exist leading to Dingmans?Did this loop up there in the gravels. Uploaded Ryan’s file to continue testing the routing features of the Karoo. They pushed out some updates that I believe made the unit not only work, but be cool somehow.
Paulinskill was a slopfest so the last 25 miles were a drag.

So typical of the PaulinskillI’ve done this basic route a few times, I just followed your section from the top of Sussex to the McDade. I really liked that weird abandoned road right before the bridge, I’m gonna add that in from here on out!! The Paulinskill was mud from start to finish, maybe like 100 dry feet all in 😂

Glad to see glossy paint is back, that's one hot color. I haven't been shopping but it this a trend for new bikes?

What do you do for upper body and core?Basement is dry enough to hit it this morning. Rep weight is coming up and my lower back feels good during the sets so that’s a positive I think.
This morning was 5x5 @ 255lbs.
