Echo Lake loop. Lost steam late in the ride and limped home. Went thru 90 oz of water and 20 oz of Gatorade and a refill of the water at Nomahegan. Drank another 40 oz of Gatorade and refreshed in the pool before July 4 dinner at grandmas.

Almost missed a day loop. Think I let myself get dehydrated over the last few days and didn’t feel well yesterday. Filled the camel back but wasn’t feeling it so took a nap and went to Grandmas for dinner. Decided to give it ago around 8:30 PM and fortunately the nite lite batteries were mostly charged.
