Saw a young bear at Wildcat yesterday afternoon, right at the old cemetery in the woods. Wasn't about to stop and take a photo though.
 
Young iguana along the canal - tried to catch him but the little guys are too fast, especially in this heat

Reptile day.

First - probably the most docile, friendly reptile you can find, a corn snake. He didn't care the least that I picked him up - gorgeous colors too:

Second - pretty much the opposite. His mate was close so I wasn't getting any closer for this pic (hard to tell scale from this pic but he's at least 10 ft):

Found a mini-Bigfoot. This was last Saturday morning at Sterling Forest. The bear walked along the trail for a ways and had been scratching at the ground. This is the second time this winter that I have come upon fresh tracks there. The bears are out and about.

The night of the recent super moon I was riding in Mendham and ran up on the biggest coyote I've ever seen, we almost collided. Could have been a mythical creature.... that moon was legit.


Did u get a hair sample? We don’t believe you, jk
