Found it on my knee
I had to pull it off with tweezers. Made sure the head was completely out. I'll be okay, 99.9% chance it was from the ride this morning. I'm actually going to my dr Tuesday I'll mention it to him even though I'm good. Can't tell what kind of tick that is, but if it was just crawling around on you, no problem. In general, if it was latched on and you believe it was for less than 24 hours, you should be okay. If in doubt seek professional medical advice. They will likely tell you to look for the bulls eye or wait a few weeks to develop antibodies before giving a blood test.

Was it indexed correctly? Is the chain length correct?
How many speeds on the cassette? If the chain does not match, could work but sloppy shifts like you are describing.Yes but only shifting in one direction, going up it slips on the cassette
Wondering if the RD is damaged? Must have been a relatively hard impact to break the hanger.Yes but only shifting in one direction, going up it slips on the cassette
Forescast for rain on Sunday so let's mark CR down for Saturday 8AM.Yeah, I can lead/guide for CR on either date. Whatever works for anyone that is interested. For time, we can do 8AM? Would that be enough time for you Northerners to head down here? I'm flexible, so we can push back if needed.
For a meetup point, I usually park at the ball field parking lot at: 792 Chimney Rock Rd, Martinsville, NJ 08836. There's plenty of parking and there's a bathroom facility and trash receptacles! We can start on the brown/unmarked trails as a warm up and then start our climbing on Orange. Anyone who hasn't been here, there's going to be a good amount of climbing. Maybe not as much as HM, but good enough to get your ass kicked. Also, not as much big sized rocks like at HM, but enough...to kick your ass.
It's only Monday forecast can change..................Forescast for rain on Sunday so let's mark CR down for Saturday 8AM.

Looks like a great time was had.Looks as if this Sunday's Stephens 3 x a Charm ride was a success. Typical to the local trails, there wasn't much of a warm up before hitting the climbs. Everyone did great with a nice pace getting to the top of Stephens. Once at the top, we enjoyed a super fast and flowy downhill eventually working over to Funyuns; some of which took advantage of the pro-line down the rock feature. We quickly jumped onto the Trussle Trail down to the Pink Maze. A quick loop within the Maze, and back to the lot.
All in all, the ride was about 11 miles in total. For those interested in a different loop, please don't hesitate to ask. We can also incorporate Deer Park and do a nice Double Parker.
A big thank you to @jdgang for helping as a sweeper!!!!
A few action shots of the ride......

both are 10s I'm going to take it apart and start freshHow many speeds on the cassette? If the chain does not match, could work but sloppy shifts like you are describing.
Generally, if shifting is poor in only one direction it's a cable tension issue. I assume by "up" you mean from smaller cogs to larger ones. In this case it would seem as though the cable is too loose. Try winding the barrel adjuster out slightly (to lengthen/tighten the cable) to see if that helps. If you lengthen the cable too much then shifting down the cassette will be sloppy and you need to wind the barrel adjust back in a tad. If your shifting is sloppy in only a gear or 2 but the rest are fine it is an indication that something is bent. This is not what you described in this case.
