Jim, can you throw up your gym workout again? Was reading an article on JeffL and it seems like I really need to start putting some time at the gym. We have one at work and I'm going to try to get down 45 mins every day.
45 minutes!!?? My routine changes throughout the year but almost none of it is directly related to cycling. It's a lot of core, upper body, dead lifts, leg presses, etc. Simple stuff.
