Group Gravel Ride 3/7 Columbia Trail

Good times. Thanks to @xc62701 Team HB for meeting up with is today and getting out for a beautiful day on the Columbia Trail. This was a good way to get some fitness in without the rigor of tech trails. This was a challenge with the wind. I would definitely do again!

Great ride today with cool people. Was happy that my old Peugeot U -08 held together and rode awesome. Was nice to see both jmanic, and jklett getting some use out of two of my former bikes. Had fun keeping pace with Serviceguy, while sharing some good conversation. Topped off the day grabbing some food and a brew with Iggy and company at Circa. Some days are just way better than others. This was one of those !

Oh...thanks to jklett for dropping me parts from Patrick. Wish we could have rode together more today, but things get spread out fast.

Thanks to Patrick for sending above mentioned parts with J.

Thanks to iman29 for bringing the tire. Missed him at the ride, but picked it up on the way home.

Thanks to Serviceguy for the parts to get my Knolly back up and running.

Totally looking forward to the next ride !
 
Yeah folks, another great day out there.
Thanks to all for coming out, and thanks to @pooriggy the ringleader of these circuses, and of course our co-hosts from Hilltop.
Awesome turnout.

The gravel was a new format, and I think it worked really well- everyone just chose their own adventure and rolled.

As always, great to see the faces and meet new ones.
@iman29 - good to chat with you briefly, sorry, but was a little distracted tryna locate Mrs Manic.
I found her, and she was having fun, so all good.

And yeah @mtbiker87 your third hand Whip was rolling great out there today.
So pleased with how that build worked out.

And @jklett yeah yo, you stacked the deck against yourself with the choice of streed there. Great job grinding it out.

Stay tuned, I’m sure Iggs is already planning our next adventure.

Good seeing you later on today you’re like in my frequent shopper club now you don’t even need my address any more. LOL.
