Switch to titanium mower blades on the front of the bike. That should save some weight and allow for more air.

I say throw the Yeti 575 into the mix. They have a complete 575 Carbon on Jenson has a race version for $3800 and an enduro build for $2800. The endruo weighs in at about 26lbs, with some room to drop that further...

I currently run the 545 and have loved them. Will be switching to a standard SPD pedal soon but only for weight and appearance. The pedals have been great.

Looks great. I am in the process of selling and buying a house in Richmond area. My new boss mentioned I need to head out to the lake by Roanoke as that is a location I will be heading to on a regular basis. Looks like you had a great time. Thanks for the pics and recap.
