I would suspect very muddy still. The lower sections take a long time to dry out. I'm about 75mins away as well so I don't know for sure how that area has been getting hit with all the weather we've had the last few weeks

I strongly suggest exploring https://activerelease.com/ this modality for the release of nerve entrapments. Depending on how far down the road of degenerative changes the condition already is, it's possible they can help avoid surgery. All of the above mentioned issues can have nerve entrapment...
