Im 71 and my girlfriend just shakes her head when i do "stupid shit". Did the heavy work, fork and shock, before surgery. did the rest in a floor rack. I had a small but complete tear. Not being able to drive is killing me.

Been sitting home for 2 weeks after rotator cuff surgery. Managed to finish off my Fuel EX project one handed. Made a few changes and added some bling.

HaHa. Just had my rotator cuff surgery this morning. looking forward to a fun recovery. At 71 it might take a while. Hope to be back on light trails by spring.

Sudden stop and stepped into a hole. Went over sideways. Pedal got my shin, but my shoulder took the worst of it. Torn rotator cuff. Surgery at end of month. I'll be out for a few months, and I love riding in cold weather.

Here you go. This bike was my go to for trails and races. It's seen a lot of use and abuse. After a few mods, I now use it for cruising and local hops.

That was 6 years ago and unfortunately it wasn't good. Surgery 6 yrs ago and radiation for the return 5 months ago. All seems good so far. Thanks. At the young age of 71 lots of things go south. Yeah I'm up there. Just getting back into MTB.

Colonoscopy is nothing. Wait till you have to get a prostate biopsy. o_O
