There’s a spur of the Grand Tour off the Cuesta Ridge in the Northern Monmouth Hills section.

I rode today after a long while off the bike. Great conditions all around but super crowded. I hit that GT section off the CR in the wrong direction. Gotta duck into that from the east not the west! I spent a good bit of time hiking the bike uphill.

I rode today and I wouldn’t ride it again this season unless the ground was frozen. Overall I had a great ride but it’s getting pretty muddy in quite a few spots. Gonna have to ride elsewhere.

Here’s my 2 cents; I’m over 45 years old and have a chronic lower back condition. I think proper bike positioning is key combined with some built in suspension from the machine under you. Personally I need to be a bit more upright in the saddle. I achieved that with shorter stem/steeper angle...

I rode Allaire today for the first time with a little help from Maprika. Conditions were very good IMHO. Got a little lost but got back on track.
