Day 22/20+ Off the grid for a couple of days prepping for a minor procedure. Back in the saddle on Wed with the Pharma Flyers group. A great afternoon tackling Bissel followed by a little hammer fest after the descent. https://strava.app.link/jHb8v2701rb

Day 21/20+ Flow trails with Johnny and Beck. Had the trails all to ourselves and serenaded by a live cover band playing at the park. Capped it off with wings at The Chelsea. https://strava.app.link/0rlYUezzUrb

Day 21 - I already took a mulligan on the 10th, so now I’m in the 20+ club. I just couldn’t swing it yesterday.
