Wagner replaced our roof in 2024 preparing for sale. They (and a competitor) quoted $6k less than the same quote five years prior. 🤷‍♂️

I take the cover off my PU bed and tie-down my fat bike standing upright. Makes a big difference but you need a PU.

Circuit monitoring seems sketchy. I would think you could ID your bigger draws without spending money to do so. You don’t really think you have a hidden well pump running 24/7, do you?
