Tamaques Park has trails that are perfectly legal to ride. Flat and boring but better than nothing. We are working with the town to build some more, but I don't want to jinx anything at this point.

Rode this new section Sunday. Congrats on covering alot of ground so quickly. Curious where/how this trail integrates into the rest of the system. It ended on a fire road which wasn't adjacent to any other singletrack. Is the plan to build more singletrack where the new section currently ends?

The features at Coler are worth the trip alone. Amazing jump trails and berms and the Drop The Hammer features are scary but perfectly engineered. Slaughter Pen trails are also chock full of berms/jumps/etc. There are countless features throughout Bentonville and more being built daily. Back 40...

Yeah it's absolutely NIMBY at its worst. The trails are horribly designed (I use the word "design" loosely). We (JORBA) offered to revamp the trail network to make it IMBA standard and more enjoyable. The nearby residents were scared it would attract more people to the park. You can't make this...

Keep in mind, MTB is remains legal in Brightwood Park, it's just that the trails suck, and we were going to make them better. NIMBY sucks.
