My primary is sport medicine also and all of the doctors are GP's and have spots related specialties and they do PT too. It is in Lawrenceville so not worth the drive for Norm. Some of the ortho's in the area have clinics / urgent cares now too and that is who wrote the script for my tennis...

    Water Company Trails Conditions

1/4 Red is clear and is decent and fully ridable. Similar to yellow there are these sections of leaves/ice/heave that are leg sucking. Blue to the utility cut has the ice under snow, which is faster than its normal winter heav-ee self, just don’t turn fast. The rock garden on blue between red...

1/4 2:00 Cleant Waco again, cleared the tree on yellow out and back and then rode. I would put conditions in the “pretty darn good” for snow and ice. I cleaned red both ways and full yellow but did walk the creek crossing and blue rock garden so many dabs😀

i havent ridden this road but always curious how they match up to things i rode as the avg gradient doesnt tell the whole story. Found this: 29% is legit but i assume that is very short. With modern gravel gearing it should be “easy” 😀 Anything above 20% is just survival IME. There is no...
