Great conditions today at The Rock. All trails good riding. Thanks to Kirt, Jay, and the rest of the trail crew for the good work at Cromwell, especially with the bee nests!!

I have whatever front/rear combo was at Dick’s in 2020. I bought 2 sets. One front light stoped working last year, but otherwise worked fine until then. The rest are still going, no issues (knock on 🪵).

Overall great day and great event. Had a lot of fun leading the 10am intermediate ride with a good group of riders. Happy that quite a few from our group rode the Gravity Cavity and the big rock feature ("Big Ricky"). I'll try to post some of the videos from Gravity Cavity in the next few...

Nice work on the sweep!

I went from a giant backpack with water bladder and a ton of stuff that was rarely used (and hurt my back!) to just a seat bag with bare minimum: multi tool, CO2, plugs, tube, levers, and that’s it. Bottle in the jersey and one in the frame for hydration. Much better!

Weather looks PERFECT! Should be a great day at a fun park for a good cause.

Overall good conditions at Lew Mo today. Though trending loose and dusty. Great work on the new trails and re-routes; so much better than eroded blown out fall lines!
