Jorba Group Ride Mahlon 7/20 Sunday 9am

Come join us this Sunday at 9am for a group ride at Mahlon. It's been over 10yrs since we've had a group ride here, we are due for a visit!
As usual we will split up into smaller groups to accommodate various skill and fitness levels. We will also have an E-Bike group, so charge up the batteries.

This is a great opportunity to check out a different park and meet some new mountain bike peeps and enjoy a social ride.

Please fill out a Jorba waiver form if you have not done so yet. This is required before you attend a ride.

You can have an enjoyable time riding the section of the park with the smaller tech features and nice single track with reasonable climbs. It will be familiar North jersey terrain.

Go across the street and be prepared to question all of life's choices. Except for the railbed. Lulls ya to sleep.

The track from the “hooligan ride” was the base for most of my exploration of MDR back when I used to go there.

So stoked for this ride on Sunday! We have lots of great trail upgrades planned for MDR in the coming years. I'll have a sign up sheet there so you can get on the trail crew mailing list for planned dig days if you want to be part of the crew. (or DM me if you can't be there)

Parking is at the Saffin Pond lot. Note the porta john has not been dropped in that lot this year however there IS one just down the rail trail near the swim club on the pond.

I can lead a E ride, got a kick ass MD E Loop includes the new stuff @ 15-20 miles. Sparknride loop optional at the end if anyone needs more gnar.
