Since hiring a British chef the food I eat is as spicy as baby formula, but I used to love anything hot, mostly gravitating toward hot peppers from Calabria and anything prepared using it. I can’t even fire her, she made me marry her!

Been awhile.

Had this tonight - it was hot and flavorful - used it as a "topping' but I think it would be better mixed.
