I have a couple of pairs of the Club Ride Fat Jack pants which seem to work well. I prefer to use a belt with my pants and baggy shorts, so finding options with belt-loops has been a challenge. One annoying downside is the thigh pockets are just barely large enough for my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10). I usually wear Ion Arcon LT knee pads under them and they have enough stretch to be comfortable.

I really like the jeans Club Ride used to sell, but they were discontinued a few years ago. I wish I had bought more of those. I still have one pair I use for DH and winter riding as they are a bit heavier than the Fat Jacks.
