i could believe it dries out/solidifies the grease, maybe that kills its ability to stick to stuff, not sure would have to remember to ask the wife about that. Converting it should require a chemical reaction which seems unlikely to be something that lawyers would let you sell to the general...

nope, you cant convert grease to wax, if you want ill get my chemical engineer wife who specializes in lubricants to write up a detailed explanation.

Kinda doubt it but ya never know. She's still learning and getting comfortable with a clutch so....
