agreed, this is the preferred option, 2" has more accessory options, and is easier to adapter DOWN to the 1 1/4 pieces.

I think all colors are gender neutral these days (at least to the pc crowd)

You can use a tape measure to measure this part of the rack. Across the flat parts of the square. Also if unsure 2" is much easier to adapt down to 1 1/4 than it is to go the other way.

i managed to ride at 8am today, still sucked.
