Hi, does anyone have a good long route they can share (strava or gpx preferred)? I only hit CR a few times a year and just follow Norm's map- but am sure I'm missing the best way to connect the trails. Thanks all.

I was there a few days ago and a few sections of the Cushetunk trail were so overgrown with prickers it was almost unrideable. Otherwise in decent shape though.

Couldn't agree more strongly with this thread. About 4 years ago I was severely concussed during a race. If I wasnt wearing a helmet, can only imagine how it would've gone...

I have a Flo Bikes subscription (for Giro, etc.)- and some of the CX races are broadcast both there and on GCN. GCN coverage/commentary is much better. Jeremy Powers also has a good weekly pod cast.
