While not my first interaction with him one of my first memories of him was the second ever JORBAfest at the Waterloo fields… great day! One of the events they had that day was adults riding toddler bikes around a circle… all I remember from it was Frank having the biggest smile! 😃

Falling at CR with handlebars turning sideways… left chest hit the side bar perfectly to cause me to see stars and question my riding… thus after a few minutes I told myself nobody feels sorry for you and fu#%kin ride so that is what I did for a few miles. Bruise coloring after a few days.

Quick loop. Cromwell new is in great condition. Skipped the Cromwell I know doesn’t drain well (old section). Typical trails that get wet are wet (orange trail by ball field, black trail green). Took vosseller Ave from Cromwell to top loop. That connected well.

Based on trailforks user community trail conditions most of CR is safe to ride. Based on Jason’s post yesterday that might not be true.

Nice! I was wave 3. Slow to get to start gate, but continuous movement once in action. I never stopped at a rest stop. They just looked messy!

Fun ride today. First timer doing five boro on the mountain bike (Pivot). Downside was rain on BQE, but it was fun watching bikers get sloppy on the cobblestone in Brooklyn.

Enjoyed sugarbush the past two days. A surprising 2” of snow on Friday while at Lincoln. They fixed castle rock lift unfortunately as I was looking to enjoy the hike instead. Saturday at Mt Ellen. Did 4 runs and ended up slipping on ice and banging my head. I didn’t want to even try after.
