I rode the entire park yesterday, and it was really in good shape. There were a few mud holes ( 3 or 4 surprisingly deep!) but otherwise excellent!!

It looks like the weather Gods are smiling down on Allaire, as the temps. are going to drop after the storms roll thru Saturday.

It's gonna' be good to get out there and trim back all the greenery that has exploded because of the warm temps. and nearly non- stop rain we had lately. I hope we see a good sized crew Sunday.

That scream we heard from the riders behind us,... we thought it was one of the ladies, it was one of the guys.

I saw all the tiny frogs down by Hog Bog today. I also came up on a large hawk tearing into some small critter ( I think it may have been a young skunk). I watched it for a while after it had flown up to a tree. It was right on the trail until I came up on it.

I had 3 derailleurs get smoked on that trail, in less than 1 month. I saw my first front suspension fork on that trail. This dude roars by us, and when we get to the bottom, the debate over "whether or not suspension is needed" was over. (it was a original Manitou.)
