I experimented with this yesterday. At about 110c and a 10 min soak in the Silca crockpot, I hung and lightly shook the chain until the wax started to harden. The chain was very easy to break the wax when compared to removing at 75c. I don’t know (at this point) if that will decrease the time...

I’ve had my chain waxed for a few rides now and it’s definitely noticeable. My drivetrain is the quietest it’s ever been and buttery-smooth. Hmmm…butter 🤔

Great letter…Can you add something in there about the NICA kids crossing the road as a group? I’m not sure if that’s helpful, but kid safety is typically a strong motivator. The challenges of crossing a busy road with a large group of kids on bikes has to be butt-puckering for the coaches

If nothing else, they should prioritize the safety of the NICA kids in this instance, especially since the pre-season just started. NICA is a blessing for these parks and the children.

me too! I use that place often. It’s great for hot laps. Is there a danger of losing access for bikes, or is that from before when the rogue trails were causing issues?
