A dusting. It's gone now. Conditions are good.

There was a fair amount of slop from the freeze/thaw on Sunday (even with the temperature below freezing). About 70% was good if you just walk the mud spots.

Conditions were excellent today for studded tires. Smooth ice on most of the trails.

It's currently mixed and on the way to perfection from what I have seen hiking on red, blue and green. Some trails are fully groomed, some are not. After the Saturday morning fat bike crowds it likely will be good for non-fat tires. It should be an epic winter conditions weekend at Tourne.

I walked blue and green yesterday. They were not muddy. Perhaps white and purple could have some wet spots. The rest is likely in good shape.

It seems that the bears are hanging around the same area. There were two today near the orange dot / purple intersection. Conditions were good except for the overgrowth on the red switchbacks and pink. One positive of the overgrowth is that the wineberry crop will be abundant this year.

The heatmap layer on trailforks seems to be accurate for planning a route on the trails that most still ride.
