    My biggest problem is getting enough fats in I just dont like them anymore I easily hit over 200 grams protein , carbs 300 to 500 grams depending on how active I am in a day and the rest fats. That's way more protein then I need at only 160 lbs but I like my meat lol

    It was like 19 years ago so can't remember that part of it but putting that kind of pressure on it by holding onto the handle bars is going to take more time then your going to like.     Nothing super exciting with the scale going on been stuck at the 163.8 for 5 days now. But super happy that I Added 40 lbs to my deadlift max tonight and I'm Almost at 4 plates. Pulled 385 tonight ..moving on up even in a deficit cant complain about that!

    Started MAPS anabolic lifting program today instead of my push pull leg workout that I peiced together. It's a full body 3 times a week routine and the first phase is heavy weight under 6 reps for almost everything. Liking it so far. Going to do cardio on the off days

    Keeping things rolling and enjoying the great weather got out on the bike today 😃 sadly its been a bit since that's happened. Down 2.6 lbs of water so far I'm sure I'll drop more tomorrow. I went from 500 to 600 grams carbs a day down to 300 a day.
