Set your Marantz to decode the 2 Channel stereo to Dolby Pro logic or DTS Neo. That will give you a surround but it won’t be Dolby digital.

I believe YT TV might juts broadcast Those channels In stereo. In the past they weren’t even passing Dolby. Find another streaming provider FuboTV , Directv stream, Hulu are better in My experience.
