I managed to get in a short ride this morning. Glad I did because as I was on the rail trail in Allamuchy I got to see a pack of 7 or 8 coyotes run across in front of me. I have to get me one of those helmet cams!

I've found that a free app called myfitness pal has really helped me keep track of my caloric intake as well as motivate me to stick to a diet. So far I've been able to shed 12 lbs in 3 weeks. Check it out it may help you too.
