Factory reset includes original SIM card.
I installed my sim card from a Samsung Galaxy S8 and it worked fine. Works on any network.
Glass is totally clear no cracks.

Glws. This is a great smartphone if you just want a smartphone. I had one it was great. battery life is amazing.

It's not terrible. You barely have to charge it. 😂

Not to ne mean, but can you teach your son how to charge the phone the way grandparents did it in the good old days?

You're right. His work station has a wireless charger and has the micro-USB plugged into it, not USB-C that the phone uses but he'll get over it.
