4th Ann'l Hartshorne Ride & BBQ/Pool Party !!

Hi Everyone! Brian Snyder's wife, Susan, here. Just reminding everyone that the Hartshorne Ride and BBQ/Pool Party at our place is scheduled for Sunday, July 7, 2013, two weeks from today. Come join us! There's plenty of food, fun and room in the pool & hot tub for everyone!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Try to give me an RSVP as soon as you can so I can start my shopping and cooking!

If you're planning on coming, the only thing I ever ask anyone to bring is their own towel. (And bathing suits, of course! I still have to live in this neighborhood! lol!) That said, I know that many of you have favorite dishes that you like to share, or special dietary requirements (vegetarians, for example.) If you ARE coming and plan to bring something, please let me know so I don't duplicate it.

This was a lot of fun last year. Hoping to do it again this year. Will rsvp as soon as I find out the weekend plans from the fam....
 
Ride Start-time

Brian would like the ride to be from 9am - noon, then regrouping in the parking lot, and heading back to our house. It's about 20 minutes from Hartshorne Woods to our house.

ps: I was asked on Facebook if I'd be making my famous Southwestern Eggrolls again this year.....Of COURSE I am! lol! Also, burgers, dogs, hot and sweet Italian sausage, sweet 'n sour meatballs, pasta salad, beans, raw veggie platter, fresh fruit, cold drinks and whatever else inspires me.

Additionally, Brian reminded me that so many of you drink so many different kinds of beer, that I can't keep up. So please.....BYOB.

I am soooo bummed!!! I never see anyone anymore and would have loved to join in, but I have to work. :cry:

Have fun and please do this again so I can come play!!!

I'm so sorry that so many of you can't make it! Of course, thank you for responding, but I really wish you could be there.

BUT.......

I REALLY need to hear if anyone IS coming!

REALLY! We don't care if it's 5 people or 55 people! We love small parties as much as we love big blow-outs....but I need to know so I can prepare.

PLEASE respond by Wednesday night. (Thursday is the 4th of July, so I'm gonna need Friday and Saturday to shop, cook, clean and get everything ready.)
