Aerial BMX - First bike footage I've filmed in a while

Excellent video and the areal shots are trick.. Have you ever tried to shoot an endurance race? compilation of go-pro footage and shots from cameras posted up along the course?
 
Dude in the red shirt in the video...

His name is Niko (best guess at spelling) and he works at Planet Bike in East Brunswick. I was talking to him last week and mentioned this vid. He said that was a really cool drone.

Haha yea, we went out to shoot with Nick Polansek who works in the bike shop at Efinger's Sporting Goods and met Niko out there. He's a killer rider with crazy chops.
 
Very cool! I would really love to see aerial footage of BF riding there but he has a broken ankle. Are those video drones hard to control?

definitely a big learning curve. Took us a good while to get to flying it how we are now. Our setup runs two operators. One flies the drone itself and one operates the camera and gimbal.

Damn - pretty crazy you need 2 people to operate but can see why with how cool the footage looks. Thanks for sharing!
