Anchor for "bottom of page" button

Not on my PC so I can't get the exact name of the button, but it's this one. Can the anchor point be moved to the reply box, or this general area of the page?



As it's currently configured, it goes to the bottom of the page. In the park-specific threads it throws you at the bottom of the TF trails list, so there's a lot of scrolling back to the reply box / next page buttons.

That button is ephemeral - start to scroll, and it appears, then will disappear in a few seconds after stopping.

OTOH - I agree that a fast way to the reply box from any point would be handy - I'll look to see if there is something easy.
