I'm not too familiar with the area around the HB Flow trails but it will take me a good ride to get over there. Last time I went by myself I stayed for about 45 min. but I want to go with some buddies and to make it worth there while they will want to do some longer trails to make a day out of it. Are there any good trails close by that we can check out that we could make a day out of the trip. I head the Columbia trail is close by but I've heard it's mostly just a long and flat trail? Thanks

You can connect from the flow trails to Nassau using the Steelworkers Greenway.
there is a connector from the columbia trail over to nassau trails.
Less than 10 minutes on bike.
There is a short road segment to get to the trailhead - on the rights while climbing.
