Anyone ever ridden in Norway?

I'm going to Norway for work in a month. Going to be in a place called Arendal and I googled it looking for trails only to find out that there is a large trail network there. I'm trying to rent a bike now. Anyone ever been there or ridden/rented there? Its known as "The trail bike city". Have no idea about Norway, but if it's anything like Denmark, it should be easy for rentals and the trails will be well taken care of. Major note: BRING LAYERS! I rode in Northern Denmark and it was August and I almost froze my ass off riding near the North Sea. It can be hit or miss for nice weather.

Hahaha no that’s only in the US. Cycling infrastructure is much more advanced everywhere else.

the local bike shop that I've been talking to only rents e-bikes(specialized levo). I'd rather have an analog bike for simplicity but will take what I can get.

I’ve only hiked never ridden. But saw a ton of cars with bikes on. My advice - pop into a local shop and ask for advice. Norwegians are nice people. And the weather there is wacky so make sure your lawyers have layers. Have fun!!
