FSA-Im thinking of upgrading my cranks eventually and was thinking of an FSA bb30 crank. But I've heard they have had creaking problems.
Does the creaking occur with more or less with the ceramic vs Steel or is it all of the FSA BB's OR is it the cranks that make it creak?
Just did a bit of searching:
I dont want the 3-blot FSA afterburners for one reason and one reason only is your limited to ONLY buying an FSA chainring for it.
Afterburner 4-bolt cranks seem like the the most common BB30 out there. Any reveiws on this would be helpful. $250
SLK- These are cool. Carbon cranks, Bling. Not too sure the durablity of them but they are supper stiff I know that much. I see them on there website but I cant find them online. I can only find used 3-bolt cranks that are crazy expencive. Do they still make them?http://www.fullspeedahead.com/products/404/SL-K-LIGHT-TRIPLE-BB30 Why is the BB30 model $100 more??
SRAM
The X.9 cranks. Not to bling, but if they are stiff and dont creak they are probably worth it. $250
What other BB30 cranksets are out there that are good for under $350?
