Blacksmith anyone?

I'm a big fan of Black&Tans. While out in San Diego i hit up a few Irish pubs and one of them had a "Blacksmith" on their special beers list.

It's like a Black & Tan, except instead of using Bass you use Smithwicks.

Soooo... Guinness + Smithwicks = Blacksmith

Anyone try it? We're gonna give it a go tomorrow night :hmmm:

I hope you are going to try it at the Tir Na Nog in Trenton.....Best Guinness this side of the pond! 😀

You can also get a 1/2 and 1/2 = Guinness + Harp

or a Black Velvet = Guinness + Cider= weird....tastes like nothing because the sweet cancels out the bitter!

They also serve the Blacksmith...
