Chimney Rock Conditions

Taking tomorrow off from work and wish to ride. I’ve been away from NJ for a week (getting back home late today). Can someone advise what conditions are like? I know there have been recent rains.
They will be fine. We were there on Friday and it was pretty much perfect. I don't think yesterday's rain was enough to change that.

Primo. Got caught in the rain second half of my ride yesterday and things were great. We didn’t get all too much.

Thanks for the trail reports! Was indeed primo. Not a spot of mud in sight on the trails I rode.

Found that rock roll on blue connector. Buzzed my butt on the way down but made it through without incident, 🙂

Looks sketchier than it is... every time I roll up, and I look down, I'm thinking wtf, but it's not bad

Riding in some parks farther north in Jersey helped me get over my own personal fear of steep rollers (I’m a chicken 🐔). This one is actually not that steep, just kinda janky on the way down.

Do you ride the one on blue coming down from the TTF?

On the way up, you cross a dry stream bed and narrow climb to a left turn.
on the way down, make the right turn and immediately take a left over the rock.
there are/were a couple of logs at the bottom to round out the transition.

I’ve ridden that one (at least I think I did). Going ccw on blue perimeter, I’m aware of two rock rolls running adjacent to the main trail after the trail feature.

The one I took pics of today are from the blue connector trail leading to the short drop and then the two consecutive dirt jumps.

WTF does this conversation have to do with CR conditions?

"I banged your mom last night. Oh yeah CR is a little moist. Like your mom."
Get off my lawn....

And if you paid attention it's actually dry not moist 😁
