I would say the ringwood red/yellow is easier to climb then the cannonball trail up to TOS , but thats just my view.. Just like elzoller said, it has some short steep sections but they are def a little tricky since Ramapo is a bit more raw.

Just to let you all know that ramapo is open for business. I have ridden all week long sense Saturday and it's great. I'm riding today after five. I hope this helps. Enjoy the trails.
