Fast 26" tires?

I'm plowing fields with my Fireracers and would like to see what it's like riding a tire that doesn't encourage planting when I've passed. Anyone who's gone over to the world of 29ers got old, fast 26" stuff laying around mouldering? I'd be happy to de-clutter your garage! I'm in Hillsborough. Thanks! sean

I dont have any available in decent condition except the ones on my wheels now, but conti race kings are supperrr fast! Ive had good success with crossmarks and ignitors too!

I like Contis! Though in Southern California they seemed to be more susceptible to goatheads (spiky evil little landmines). All that space between knobs encouraged goathead attacks.

I have two Conti Explorer Protection's and two Conti Twister Protection's that are available - Both with Conti's Duraskin for added sidewall protection. They are definitely fast and light (Explorer is 515 grams and the Twister is 460 gram, all are non-UST and kevlar bead). I ran the Explorer on the front and the Twister on the back. Both "pairs" (one explorer and one twister) are used, but one pair was only used for a couple of races. PM me if you are interested - I am in Northern NJ

And if you really want to help me de-clutter my garage, I have some other misc single tires that I can throw in, too... (Bontrager Scorpion Air Light, Conti Traction, and a Panaracer Trailblaster)
