I went up with a friend of mine for the first time. That place is free ride heaven! We got in, started riding the red trail. Then our mistake was making a left at the railroad. This got us all kinds of lost,we ended up riding and hiking an under construction trail for a little while.
That led us to the blue which was fun, we rode that up till we got to the power lines and did some insane downhill sections. We were moving at a good clip when all of a sudden there was a 6 foot drop!!!! We both slammed the breaks and rode the bikes down. THere are some serious technical sections here.
If I had known it was gonna be like that I would have brought some shin guards, cause wouldn't you know it about halfway through our ride I slammed the ever loving crap out of my right shin on a nice boulder. Overall though we loved it.
Does anyone know where I can find some really good maps that would let us connect the trails better? Kudos to Jorba for making this location happen!!
