4 squeaky art deco chairs requiring new seat material, and some wood glue
34x48 art deco table with built in leaf to expand to 34x60 - not as bad as the pictures look.
rotating top, mahogany tv table with drawer. needs a little love. (or use the wood to repurpose into something else. ( i was thinking fish tank under end table.)
i'm going to be all over the state the next week or so i can deliver or get it close.
I'll guess the chairs and table are in the 75 yr old range - maybe more. very little info on this 1800s furniture company.
