Hell o Hunterdon!

Thats a sick effort, must be that Russian blood for those conditions.

I bailed after the first rest stop, my legs felt like lead and my winter boots turned into Icy anchors.

It was a good time although the weather didn't quite cooperate. I'm not sure if it was raining most of the time or if it was just road spray. The weather was better than what was forecasted the day before so it was good regardless. The two new sections were pretty decent-since bridges were out or roads closed. The main group stayed together for a lot longer than last year from what I saw. Not sure if this was from the weather or what but I played for a bit and then stuck to my workout plan. It was good seeing everyone still out there on the not so perfect day. Ilya was looking good early on. Sounds like you were killin it out there.

Great ride and good to ride with some peps on the roads I ride all the time. Ended up making a century off it. The ride home was a bit of a death march but overall a good day.

I was thinking of the century option too but had time constraints. It's a great loop and I think I was the only one there on a mountain bike. I got some really weird looks but for the most part it was a great option. I don't know how well roadies like mtb's taking pulls on the front 😉 It was fun bombing down those dirt sections while I knew everyone else was a little on edge.

Resurrecting last yrs thread to ask how quickly this sells out...
Anyone recall? Thanks in advance.
