knee pad rash

there is a spot on the back of my knee where my knee pad rubs (POC VPD 2.0). it's bad enough where it bleeds. i was hoping it would callous up but it's been months and that hasn't happened. anyone know of a tape or something i could cover the spot with? i tried medical tape (a couple different types) and the sweat and pad movement basically turns the tape into a ball.

I haven't needed anything for pads but I do need to tape my feet for long runs. Leukotape works much better than standard medical tape but I'd recommend Elastikon. It's ultra sticky. You'll need rubbing alcohol remove the glue residue.
