Left handed Alvarez acoustic guitar

I've been downsizing my acoustic guitar collection and I have a nice lefthanded dreadnought Alvarez acoustic that's looking for a new home. Solid Sitka spruce top with rosewood sides and back. It's basicaly a a D-28 though more affordable. It plays well and sounds great, though it has some mileage on it. Frets are in good shape, neck is straight and there are no cracks on the body. No case.

I have a pretty nice Yamaha I bought with intentions to learn how to play. This has so far proven elusive...
