Mold?

Had some water leakage into my crawl space this winter, masonry is stained rather dark, not sure if mold. also for the first time in the 11 years I've been here I found some yellow mold on my floor joists. Anyone recommend a course of action, mold inspection/contractor etc? Thanks

1st course of action is to get a dehumidifier running ASAP and find/fix leak.
Maybe also spray down the mold with a diluted bleach solution and see how it goes from there?
No water/humidity, no mold.

I used a solution of Borax and water to clean some mold. From some reading, I think it's effective and doesn't smell as strong as bleach. Definitely dehumidify first though. That will stop it from spreading/growing.

spray the wood down with this stuff, http://www.benefect.com. Then scrub any mold off and spray more benefect on it then let it dry. We had a ton of water damage in our condo, the remediation crew used this stuff, it smells better than bleach and worked really well. I picked some up to keep on hand afterwards.
