Due to scheduling conflicts at Mtn Creek my clinic has been pushed back to August 24th. But dont fret!
I am still doing a normal free guided ladies ride at the park on August 10. Its a great chance to try out their trails and if you are racing the H2H race you can pre-ride the race course.
Since this ride is a little more intense I want to suggest riding ability of advance beginners and up. If you know how to ride and are comfortable with trying some rockier terrain then please join us! If rocks are not even on your radar then this ride might be a little over whelming and I want to boost your confidence not break it. We will be stopping as needed to ride different lines or obstacles on the trail and at any trail intersections. I would like to get one full 5 mile loop of the race course done. For those coming who have come to my previous rides and are unsure if they should join us shoot me an email, mudchix@gmail.com, and I can give you some feed back.
