the whole "allow" is at the bottom of the screen - one time thing on each push enabled browser/device

once allowed, they all get pushed if it thinks that the user is "away"

not sure if it works by notification type -
might be a monetizable add-on

This is what I thought you meant and it’s not new.

I assume you mean somewhere in “notifications” setting other then this like when I get a new Strava comment on my locked phone screen?

So setting up a watched thread should result in an alert on your phone (if it isn't an iphone)

It starts by enabling it - this on chrome on a windows box
Check the lower edge of the window.
